Massive Music Store accepts following payments terms:

• Italy: postal-order, credit-transfer, PayPal
  (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)

  credit-transfer ( bank transaction fees at charge of the buyer ).

Bank credit transfer:
You can pay your purchases with security through transfer-credit of the amount from your bank account or postal account ( by bank , post counter or on-line).
We shall receive the payment within 2-3 workdays.
All transaction fees are at charge of the buyer.

Postal order:
This form assures and guarantees the occurred payment.
Please fill in the money order by your nearest post-office in Italy; the employer will issue you a copy proving the occurred payment.
Depending of Italian Post we’ll receive the payment within 4-7 workdays.

Massive music store sends worldwide by Italian Post.

Shipment in Italy will be made exclusively by registered letter or Pacco Celere 3 at minimum cost of 5,00 € and maximum of 9,00 €.
By request could be communicate to the customer the code-number of the registered letter to permit him to have a confirmation connecting on site www.poste.it

Shipment abroad will be executed by registered letter only.

Massive Music store guarantees quality and functionality for 10 days from receipt date. If you receive an article defect or not functioning, please send an e-mail to Massive Music store to agree a replacement or refund. The article will be replaced , if possible, with another one of the same singer/title. If not available you can decide to obtain a credit for a future purchase or to be refunded.

In case of article partially or totally detective, we shall replace or refund only those ones with manufacture defect but not those ones no compatible with audio/video players . Therefore to avoid a non-refund and before to require a replacement , would you please check-up that the defect persists using another model or equipments.

The sale of product by Internet are subject to the law (D. Lgs. 22/05/1999 n.185) which regulates the matter of remote contracts, i.e. contract performed out of commercial shops.
This rule sanction the right of recession , i.e. gives to the consumer the possibility to return the article purchased and to obtain the reimbursement of the purchase cost.
This right is reserved to natural person ( consumers) , therefore cannot be exercised by legal and natural persons which are acting for purpose concerning the professional activity they are carrying on .

The consumer has the right to back out of any contracts, without penalty and without clarifying the reason, within max 10 works days from purchase date.

The recession right can be exercised as follow:

1. sending a written message by registered letter with return receipt to:

2. Shipping back goods purchased ( transport costs at charge of sender).

The articles must be no charged and in the original conditions.

By defective products the customer has to specify the kind of the defect and where it appears exactly.

Massive will provide according to the law to remit the amount due deducing transport costs and/ or bank-fees ( by payment with credit card paypal ).

Place of jurisdiction
About this , according to the law of civil code (art.1469 bis, III comma, n°19), and to the regulations of contracts stipulated out of rooms of the company , take note that the place of jurisdiction is irrevocably and belong to the judge of residence or domicil of the customer ( see art. 12 of the law 50 of 1992 and art. 14 of the law 185 of 1999).

MMS reserves itself the faculty to cancel an order partially or completely if existing following circumstances:

• article which the producers announce “out of print”;
• article which cannot be delivered by the producers for reason of mayor case;
• fraud of credit card;
• swindle against Massive Music Store;
• price variation carried out by the producers higher than 5%.

Il pagamento verrà da noi ricevuto dopo 2-3 giorni lavorativi circa.

Vaglia postale:
Il vaglia postale è un documento che attesta il pagamento tra due parti. E' garanzia e prova di pagamento.
Compilate e consegnate il vaglia presso qualsiasi ufficio postale in Italia; l'addetto allo sportello vi rilascerà una copia del vaglia come prova di pagamento.

Le spedizioni all’estero vengono effettuate solo con raccomandata

Massive garantisce la qualità e la funzionalità di tutti i prodotti in vendita per 10 giorni a partire dalla data di ricevimento. Se ricevete un articolo difettoso o non funzionante, per favore inviateci una mail a massive@massivemusicstore.com per concordare un eventuale cambio o rimborso. I prodotti saranno sostituiti se possibile con lo stesso artista/titolo. In caso di non disponibilità, potrete decidere di ottenere un credito da utilizzare in un futuro acquisto oppure di essere rimborsati.

Nel caso in cui parte o tutti gli articoli risultino difettosi, sostituiremo o rimborseremo solo i prodotti che presentano difetti di fabbricazione e non quelli malfunzionanti a causa di possibili incompatibilità con lettori audio/video. Al fine quindi di evitare un mancato rimborso, prima di richiedere la sostituzione del prodotto, consigliamo di assicurarsi che il difetto riscontrato persista anche su impianti di altra marca o modello.

Il consumatore ha diritto di recedere da qualunque contratto a distanza, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi.

Il diritto di recesso si esercita:

1. provvedendo all'invio di una comunicazione scritta mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento a

2. restituendo la merce acquistata porto franco (spese postali a carico del mittente)

Gli articoli dovranno essere sostanzialmente integri e nelle condizioni originali.

In caso di materiale difettoso, il cliente è pregato di specificare la natura del difetto e in quale punto esattamente si manifesta.

Massive provvederà ad inviare entro i termini di legge l'importo dovuto al netto delle spese di spedizione e/o bancarie (nel caso di pagamento con carta di credito Pay Pal).

A tale riguardo, si osserva che sia in base a quanto stabilito dal codice civili (art.1469 bis, III comma, n°19), sia secondo le discipline dei contratti stipulati fuori dai locali dell'impresa, la competenza territoriale é inderogabile ed é del giudice del luogo di residenza o di domicilio del cliente (v.art. 12 del D. Lgs. 50 del 1992 ed art. 14 del D.Lgs. 185 del 1999).

Massive si riserva la possibilità di annullare un ordine o un articolo dell'ordine se si verificano le seguenti circostanze:

• articoli che vengono segnalati come fuori catalogo dalle case di distribuzione;
• articoli che per problemi non possono essere consegnati dai fornitori;
• frode di carte di credito;
• truffe ai danni di Massive;
• variazioni di prezzo da parte del fornitore che comportino modifiche di prezzo superiori al 5%.
